Since 2001, USFloors has been hard at work concentrating on the manufacturing of cork and bamboo. A few years after the company was founded, USFloors gained the position as the largest cork flooring provider in the United States by acquiring a company by the name of Natural Cork. With the help of this new acquirement, USFloors Natural Cork proudly opened the doors to its very own domestic floor production facility in Dalton, GA in 2008. This means USFloors is now the only supplier of cork and bamboo flooring with manufacturing facilities operating within the United States.

The oil finish found on USFloors Castle Combe cannot be compared to the ever-popular aluminum oxide finish. An oil finish penetrates the wood thus hardening the overall product while not altering the natural beauty of the hardwood. The common aluminum oxide finish essentially creates a plastic film over the top of the floor. This "film" is known to scratch and dull in time and cannot be spot repaired. The oil finish of Castle Combe is easy to maintain and can easily be repaired if necessary.

COREtec Plus incorporates USFloors' patent-pending Hydracore - a core made from recycled wood and bamboo dust, limestone, and virgin PVC.
