IVC Moduleo Luxury Vinyl Flooring
Founded in 1997, IVC has become the fastest growing resilient flooring company to date. In 2011, IVC built the industry’s most modern and efficient manufacturing facility in Dalton, GA. Their Belgium manufacturing facility produces an array of LVT products in an ecologically justified way, eliminating the need to source from the Far East. IVC is emerging from an industry challenger to an industry leader in North America.
Features and Benefits
IVC Moduleo Luxury Vinyl Flooring has many benefits and features. The high definition clear print layer adds a natural look and feel to any floor on any grade level. The flooring is water resistant and is suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. The scuff and stain resistance makes Moduleo flooring easy to clean. Other features include sound insulation, indentation resistance, scratch resistance, and suitability for radiant heating.
Installation: Glue Down or Click
Installing IVC Moduleo is easy with their two options: glue down or click. Glue down requires full adhesion to the subfloor. To make sure the warranty stays valid, use only the recommended adhesives. Flooring can be cut with a sharp knife so there is no need for expensive construction tools. Click installation does not require any glue or adhesive. Their patented ESQ locking system is easy, simple, and quick. The long sides of the planks feature angle locks, while the shorter sides feature “double security push down locks.” Whichever product you choose installation is a breeze.
The Green Choice
IVC aims for its products to be as environmentally sound as possible, making their Luxury Vinyl an ecologically responsible and intelligent choice. Their production site in Belgium is powered by wind turbines that adhere to the strictest standards of noise pollution and shadow casting. These turbines provide all the energy for the plant to function. IVC Moduleo Luxury Vinyl is made of 50% recycled materials and can be recycled at the end of its life. Even their packaging is certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) reducing packaging waste.
IVC Moduleo holds several certifications ensuring that their product is environmentally sound. FloorScore was set up by the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) and Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) to test flooring for compliance with indoor air quality emissions requirements adopted in California. ISO 14001 sets the requirements for environmental management systems. ISO 9001 is the standard for the quality management of business and is recognized internationally.
